What Our Process Looks Like:

We have a unique building process that sets our customer service experience apart from other builders in the industry. Our process helps us gain a better understanding of the project and scope of work before we start while also helping our clients build confidence in the service we can provide to them. We ask important questions and outline clearly the steps we take from quoting to building.

Step 1
Clarifying Questions

Our process begins by asking clarifying questions so that we can get a better idea of the services you’re needing from us. We want to understand your needs, preferences, and budget. Some of our questions include:

  • Have you worked with a builder before?
  • Do you have any preference on materials?
  • Do you have a budget in mind?
  • Do you have a design in mind?

Important questions like these give us a better understanding of your project requirements and enables us to provide a tailored service.

Step 2
On-site Meeting
After we collect the necessary information from you, we arrange an on-site meeting. During this meeting, we go over the answers to the questions we've asked and discuss the work you are looking to undertake. This step is important because it helps us understand your vision and ensures that we are on the same page.
Step 3
Design Concept

Once we have a clear understanding of your project requirements, the next step is to come up with a design concept. We produce 3D drawings and renders of the project, which helps you visualise the space finished. Your investment for these plans and drawings will be deducted from your final project payment. This step is very helpful in giving you a better understanding of what the finished product will look like before it is built.

Step 4
Quote & Design Agreement
After we present the design concept to you, we also present a quote for your project. We then agree to the quote and design, and choose a start date. We ensure that our quote is transparent, so you are aware of the costs associated with the project. This step is essential to ensure that there are no surprises during the construction process for both parties.
Step 5
Construction
Once we have agreed on the design and quote, we begin the construction process. We work diligently and efficiently to ensure that the finished product meets your expectations. We keep our clients informed throughout the construction process with daily update logs and information about the work completed so far. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate with our clients and deliver them top notch customer service.
Step 6
Project Completion
After the construction process is complete, we do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that the finished product meets your expectations. We then hand over the project to you, ensuring that you are satisfied with the outcome. This final step allows us to complete the project.
